Taking an office building in the cold zone as an example,a simulation model of the phase change materials applied to the inside of the south exterior wall of the building is established based on TRNSYS,theNSGA-Ⅱ algorithm ofjEplus+EA platform isutilizedtoconductamulti-objectiveoptimization design ofthe building cooling and heating loads,the utopian point method is applied to make equilibrium decisionson thesetofpareto front,andthephasechange duration andenergysaving rateoftheoptimization solution areanalysed.The resultsshow thatthe reasonable phase change temperature range oftypicaloffice buildingsin thecold zoneisfrom 17 to25 ℃ , the average annualenergy saving rate ofthe room with phase change materialon the inside ofthe south exterior wallas the calculation benchmark can reach 7 . 2% , the buildingcooling andheating loadscan be reduced by7 . 78% and6 . 04% , respectively,and the optimization solution hasa highergain forthebuildingheating load.
